About John
Attorney John Alfieris’s practice focuses on helping individuals injured at work, injured in automobile accidents and other personal injury cases. Additionally, John helps individuals with their Social Security Disability claims. Prior to joining Smith and Jordan, PA, John was a partner for a large insurance defense law firm, where he managed the various business and legal aspects of his clients’ complex workers’ compensation claims before the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission. Prior to John’s practice in the private sector, John served as a law clerk to the late Honorable John C. Hayes, III, of the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit of South Carolina.
