Trial attorney John Burnett joined Paulozzi, Alkire & Condeni - Injury Lawyers on January 18, 2022. He has more than three decades of experience obtaining multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements for clients in significant injury, malpractice, and death cases. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Case Western Reserve School of Law in 1987 after graduating cum laude from Knox College with a B.A. in 1982. He began his legal career as a Marine officer, attaining the rank of Major as a reservist. He has taken 46 cases to verdict, including a $17,000,000 verdict in a birth/brain injury lawsuit. He is a frequent lecturer on trial advocacy techniques and the prosecution of personal injury, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury cases.
