John C. Bateman is an attorney dedicated to DUI defense. He is a founding member and board member of the DUI Defense Lawyers Association (DUIDLA). He is a former Army JAG prosecutor and Special Assistant United States Attorney, with experience in court-martials and trying civilian traffic offenses. He is also a certified instructor for the NHTSA DUI enforcement curriculum.
