About JOHN
John D. Loftin II is a fourth-generation North Carolina attorney, following a family tradition that includes a federal district court judge. As an Associate Attorney with Loftin & Loftin, his practice focuses on personal injury law and contract disputes, where he has successfully litigated large awards for clients. He also handles Federal Indian law matters, having successfully defended an Indian Tribe’s sovereign immunity. John assists clients with real estate transactions, estate planning, litigation, and administration. He is admitted to North Carolina State Courts, the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians Supreme Court, various federal districts in NC, the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and Texas State Courts.
