John D. Mayne

John D. Mayne is a native of Sioux City. He is a graduate of Harvard College (1970) and the Drake University Law School, with honors, (1976). He served three years as an officer in the U.S. Navy, including one tour aboard a destroyer in the Vietnam theater. He has been in private practice in Sioux City since 1976, practicing primarily in civil litigation. He has tried dozens of cases to juries in state and federal court throughout Northwest Iowa.
