John Overbeck is a 2015 graduate of St. John’s School of Law. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Syracuse University in 2008. Prior to joining Hannum Feretic Prendergast & Merlino, LLC, Mr. Overbeck worked as an associate at a Manhattan-based firm, where he represented numerous clients in complex products liability and wrongful death lawsuits from inception through trial. During his time in law school, Mr. Overbeck served as a senior editor of the Journal of International and Comparative Law and held an externship at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office.
