The other day I received a thank you note from a client with a photo of her “new” used car, a 2012 Honda Civic. Her 15-year old Corolla had been totaled in a fender bender, and the insurance carrier for the other driver reneged on its settlement agreement. We got involved and were able to resolve the matter. A big case? It sure was to her. Helping clients navigate unfamiliar settings in which they never imagined they would find themselves is one of the pleasures of our work.
