John H. Skaggs

John Skaggs has been practicing law for more than 40 years in the primary areas of workers’ compensation and toxic torts and practices in state, federal, and administrative courts. Born and raised in Charleston, West Virginia, he remained in the region to serve his community after graduating from the West Virginia University College of Law. Before joining the firm, John was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of West Virginia.
