About John
John Iaconis has over thirty-five years of experience helping injured workers get their life back as a Licensed Representative. Mr. Iaconis’ knowledge of Workers' Compensation Law is evidenced by his recertification every two years by the Workers’ Compensation Board. John takes the time to listen to each client and learn their story and desires. He then works diligently with MCV Law's talented team of Client Advocates and Attorneys to achieve the ideal result. Mr. Iaconis’s family has been representing injured workers since the 1950s. John's father was a private practitioner and a New York Workers’ Compensation Law Judge. John started working in Chittenango, New York, with his father and brother, a workers' compensation attorney, in 1988. John worked with the firm until it merged with MCV Law in 2018. John continues to represent many of the same families from Madison and Oneida counties as his father and brother did.
