John J. Dowd, born in Troy, New York on October 25, 1972, is a magna cum laude graduate of Boston College (B.A. 1994) and a graduate of Albany Law School of Union University (J.D. 1997). He is admitted to practice in New York State as well as the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of New York. Mr. Dowd also is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and Saratoga County Bar Association. His primary areas of practice are construction law, general litigation, appeals, municipal litigation, business, commercial law, zoning, land use and real estate. Prior to joining Dreyer Boyajian LLP, Mr. Dowd served as an Assistant Attorney General and was a partner at Couch White LLP.
