Halpin, MA, CRC, has been a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC #35873) since 1997 and is certified with the Commonwealth of Virginia Board of Counseling as a Certified Rehabilitation Provider (CRP #071500559). He has over thirty-two years of experience in vocational counseling in Pennsylvania, Vermont, and Virginia.
