About John
Attorney Palmeri is a Certified Public Accountant and was formerly a Senior Tax Manager with the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, a Juris Doctor degree, and a Masters of Law in Taxation. He currently serves as Secretary of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants and is a member of the Tax Section Executive Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association. He is also a member of the Tax Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Connecticut Bar Association and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. Attorney Palmeri is a former member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants’ Board of Governors, as well as past chair of its Trust, Estate and Gift Taxation Committee, and Federal Tax Division Steering Committee.
