Mr. Rossillo is a founding member and partner of Rossillo & Licata, LLP. His practice encompasses representation of individual and institutional clients in insurance, healthcare, real estate, personal injury and transactional forums. He has served as lead counsel in cases establishing standards for investigating, defending against, and prosecuting insurance fraud, and successfully litigated carrier interests under No-Fault endorsement. He regularly lectures on No Fault Reimbursement, Subrogation and Insurance Fraud.
