Attorney John Krisa, A graduate of Mansfield University and The University of West Virginia School of Law, has been practicing law continuously in Lackawanna County since 1972. A former public defender he served as a school district and borough solicitor for many years. His first million dollar verdict was in Lackawanna County in 1982. He has had a number of settlements in the excess of one million dollars since then.
