John L. Urban is a founding shareholder of Urban Thier & Federer, P.A., and managing shareholder of the Orlando office. He practices civil litigation in business and contract disputes, commercial law, debt collection, recognition and enforcement of foreign court decisions, international law, real estate law, wills/probate law, significant personal injury, and wrongful death matters. He has extensive litigation experience, including trials, appeals, and arbitration, and has appeared as lead attorney in numerous federal and state courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of the State Bars of Florida, New York, and Georgia, and a licensed foreign lawyer with the UK's Solicitors Regulation Authority.
