John M. Alston

John Alston is a partner with Smith Alston Darner & Lee. Mr. Alston received a Bachelor of Science in Management from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. After which, he attended Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas, and then returned to Arizona to actively practice law. Mr. Alston was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2005. He is admitted to practice in the Arizona Supreme Court, Arizona Court of Appeals and the United States District Court of Arizona.
