John M. Hark, born in Hannibal, Missouri, on October 24, 1970, is a partner with Curl, Hark, and Holliday who has been recognized by his peers for his outstanding trial work, including being selected by the Missouri Bar as the recipient of the 2005 Lon O. Hocker Trial Lawyers Award. His practice includes plaintiff and defense experience in serious personal injuries, meaning that he has a complete understanding of how to achieve his clients' best interests. In addition to his trial experience at both state and federal levels, Mr. Hark has an extensive practice in debtor and creditors right in the bankruptcy court. This experience includes individual, business and family farming reorganizations. He and his wife have five children and are members of Holy Family Parish in Hannibal.
