About John
Rev. John P. Joseph is an ordained minister, attorney, and Certified Church Business Administrator. He is the founder and principal attorney at Church Legal Center, serving churches, ministries, and charities throughout Florida in areas such as incorporation, dissolution, property and finance, employee relations, and church governance. He has over 30 years of experience, is a member of the Florida Bar since 1986, and is admitted to practice in every state court in Florida. He also serves as a Hearing Master for the City of St. Petersburg and a Hearing Officer for Pinellas County, Florida. John teaches Church Law and Administration for ordination candidates and is an Adjunct Professor at Trinity Law School, teaching nonprofit law. He is also an active speaker and contributing author for Enrichment Magazine.
