Attorney John Philip Stengel is a partner at the Lancaster law firm of Eager Stengel Quinn Sofilka & Babic, focusing on personal injury and wrongful death cases. He is Board-Certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell. With 25 years of courtroom experience, he is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar since 1992 and practices in all Pennsylvania state courts and U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. He completed his undergraduate studies at Franklin & Marshall College and earned his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law.
