John R. Costello

John R. Costello is a partner at HCB LAW, LLC. He was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1973 and the U.S. District Court District of Maryland in 1976. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1973 and a B.A. in History and Political Science from Towson State University in 1970, graduating magna cum laude.
