John Giovannone is a partner at CD Law and leads the firm’s Labor & Employment, Consumer Protection and Class Action Practice Groups. Prior to joining the firm, John spent twenty years practicing at three large international and regional firms, including over five years as a partner at a Legal 500 Top 20 law firm and nearly seven additional years as a partner at large California-based firm. John has spent his entire multi-decade career litigating Labor & Employment and Class Action disputes, while also providing experienced advice and counsel to his clients. He represents employers, employees, executives, and consumers. He has litigated and won multiple court trials and private arbitrations, has taken hundreds of depositions, has represented clients at innumerable mediations and settlement conferences, and regularly appears before the National Labor Relations Board on traditional labor matters.
