John S. White was admitted to the New York bar in 1983, dedicating his 34-year career exclusively to personal injury litigation. He initially worked for small 'outside counsel' firms, defending insurance companies, which provided him with valuable insight into coverage issues and defense strategies. He has tried dozens of cases to verdict and became a named partner in his seventh year of practice. He received an 'AV Preeminent' rating from Martindale Hubbell, signifying the highest levels of ability and ethical standards among his peers. For the past 15 years, he has focused on cases involving workers injured on construction sites, bringing extensive trial and appellate experience to complex New York Labor Law cases.
