Attorney John Tyler Montgomery was born in Fort Worth and grew up in Mineral Wells and Abilene. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2016. He represents individuals, families, and small businesses across the Big Country and West Texas, focusing on estate planning, personal injury, and landowner rights. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and Abilene Bar Association. He was named to Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2024.
