John Tomlinson is an accomplished attorney with over 21 years of experience in litigation involving personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, product liability, employment discrimination, environmental/occupational toxic torts, and consumer protection-related class actions. He also has experience in complex multi-district litigation, including the Monsanto/Bayer Roundup Litigation (MDL No. 2741) and the BP/Deepwater Horizon disaster (MDL No. 2179) where he served as a member of the litigation/settlement negotiation team. John has litigated cases against major trucking companies, insurance companies, and petroleum and chemical manufacturers.
