John W. Day is a seasoned criminal defense attorney based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He practices criminal defense, civil litigation, and government misconduct/civil rights cases. He was educated at Harvard University (B.A.) and the University of New Mexico (J.D.). Prior to founding John Day Law, he was a partner in a large Santa Fe law firm and served as a Deputy District Attorney.
