John W. Phillips is a Founding Partner at PPOA, a native of Franklin, Kentucky. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky in 1981. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, an AV rated attorney, and included yearly in The Best Lawyers in America. He was selected to the Kentucky Trial Court Review Hall of Fame in 2022.
