John Wells joined Baxley, Wells & Benson in 1981 and is a Partner. He focuses on personal injury litigation, estate administration, estate planning, and real estate transactions. He has practiced in civil and criminal trial courts in South Carolina for over forty years and currently serves as Chairman of the South Carolina Election Commission and Town Attorney for the Town of Elgin.
