His practice areas include white-collar criminal defense, corporate compliance, internal investigations, high-stakes civil litigation, appeals, and traditional criminal matters. He has tried over 70 jury trials and previously served as a law clerk for federal judges and as a trial and appellate attorney for the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Miami. He is a cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and played professional baseball.
