Jon L. Martin is an attorney with over 40 years of combined business and bankruptcy experience. He holds J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Cincinnati and a B.A. from Capital University (Magna Cum Laude). He is admitted to the Florida Bar, the Bar of the United States Supreme Court, and federal district courts in Florida. Mr. Martin specializes in consumer and business bankruptcy (Chapters 7, 11, 13, and Subchapter 5), real estate, construction law, and probate. He is recognized for his pro bono work and has received awards including an AV Preeminent® rating and being named a Top 100 Bankruptcy Lawyer in Florida by the American Society of Legal Advocates in 2017.
