Jon has years of Real Estate experience representing commercial and residential builders, developers, investors, and owners in highly complex transactions including, but not limited to, closing services, leases, declarations, easements, rights-of-way, financing agreements, asset purchase agreements, amortizations, title issues, and defeasances. Jon also handles property sales from dissolved entities, estates, trusts, and tax-deferred exchanges under section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code. Outside of the office, Jon is an active cyclist, hunter, fly fisherman, and homebrewer.
