About Jonathan
Jonathan "Joe" Wells is a founding partner with James & Wells, PSC, where he focuses his practice in family law, criminal law, and personal injury. Mr. Wells also teaches or has taught business law, criminal law, and criminal procedure at Kentucky Technical and Community Colleges. He has also taught legal education in the areas of criminal law and family law. Before joining the James & Wells, PSC he served as a Staff Attorney at Franklin Circuit Court and Law Clerk at Todd & Walter. Mr. Wells is a member of the Kentucky Justice Association, Founding member of American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys, Kentucky Academy of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and Past President of the 12th Judicial Bar Association.
