Born and raised in South Korea, Joo Hee practiced law as an in-house counsel in Seoul, South Korea, after completing her programs at the Judicial Research & Training Institute. Moving to Syracuse, New York, Joo Hee spent several years supporting her family’s adaptation and received an LLM degree at Syracuse University College of Law.
