About Jordan
Jordan Hale is a member of the Navajo Nation dedicated to serving the Navajo Nation, defending tribal members' rights, and protecting tribal sovereignty. He previously served as a Staff Attorney for the Navajo Nation Judicial Branch and as an Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) Specialist Children's Court Attorney for the New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department. He also represented tribal members in civil and criminal defense cases in various tribal courts.
