Joseph A. Fraley graduated from Ohio Northern University and Capital University Law School in 1991, immediately beginning practice. He became a partner after three years and expanded the firm's practice to include personal injury claims. In 2008, his firm merged, and in 2020, it reverted to Pencheff & Fraley LPA. He is an experienced trial lawyer with extensive experience in Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, Intentional Tort, and Litigation, having tried lawsuits in many Ohio Counties.
