Is an attorney at Hoover Kacyon, LLC, joining the firm in 2019. Joe completed his undergraduate studies at Kent State University, earning his B.A. magna cum laude in Justice Studies. He attended the University of Akron School of Law, where he was an assistant editor of the Akron Law Review and graduated summa cum laude in the top 5 percent of his class.
