About Joseph

Joseph C. Butner III, also known as Joe Butner, started practicing law in 1978. He began his career as a civil and criminal trial lawyer in Phoenix, Arizona, and later opened his own office in Scottsdale. He served as a prosecutor for the Yavapai County Attorney’s Office, Justice of the Peace for the Verde Valley Justice Court, Cottonwood City Magistrate, and Chief Judge for the Yavapai-Apache Tribal Court. He was also appointed as a Pro Tem Judge of the Yavapai County Superior Court.
