About Joseph

Joseph C. Miller is an Idaho native and a litigation attorney specializing in criminal defense and personal injury. He graduated cum laude from Boise State University with a B.A. in philosophy and received his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2006, where he was awarded Best Advocate. He has extensive courtroom and trial experience, representing clients in Idaho State and Federal District courts. He is an active member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association and the Idaho Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Portuguese.
