Joseph D. Bloch is the Founding Member of Bloch Ongert, established in 1987. He specializes in ski accidents, personal injury, recreational injuries, auto and motorcycle accidents, business law, and civil litigation. Mr. Bloch has over 35 years of litigation experience, representing thousands of injured clients and securing significant jury verdicts, including punitive damages against Vail Resorts and State Farm. He is actively involved in proposing legislation for ski area accountability and is an accomplished skier and snowboarder, personally investigating ski injury cases. He also has experience as a professional guide and is a recognized Sifu of Wing Chun Kung Fu.
