About Joseph

A Brooklyn native who’s lived on Staten Island for decades, D'Agostino graduated from City University of New York’s John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 1980 and Brooklyn Law School in 1988. Since joining the firm in 2016, Joseph handles many matters that are higher-exposure and/or likely to result in a trial. D’Agostino is a 35-year industry veteran who brings extensive experience working on the legal defense side for national insurance companies.
