About Joseph

Dan Talmadge was born and raised in Enterprise, Alabama. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Alabama in 1994 and graduated cum laude from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans in 1998. He began his career defending insurance companies, gaining valuable insight into their claims evaluation process. He joined Morris, Cary & Andrews, LLC in 2002 and became a partner in 2003, primarily representing injured individuals. He is admitted to practice law in Alabama and Florida, all federal courts in Alabama, and specific federal courts in Florida and the Eleventh Circuit. He is a member of several legal associations and has had three articles published in the Alabama Association of Justice Journal. He has been selected to Super Lawyers from 2017-2023.
