Joseph E. Moore was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1969. He received his A.A. from Wesley College in 1962, and his B.A. and L.L.B. from the University of Maryland in 1965 and 1968 respectively. He is a member of the Worcester County, Maryland State, and American Bar Associations, and a Fellow of the Maryland Bar Foundation. In 2003, he was inducted as a Fellow into the American College of Trial Lawyers.
