Joseph Froetschel is a founding partner of Phillips Froetschel, specializing in plaintiff personal injury cases including medical malpractice, construction litigation, and catastrophic motor vehicle collisions. He has secured tens of millions in verdicts and settlements and has argued before every appellate court in Pennsylvania. Joe is an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer 'Rising Star' and a Medical Malpractice Super Lawyer.
