Joseph J. Kaplon, In Memoriam, graduated from UCLA and UCLA Law School in 1974. He immediately began his career representing labor unions and Taft-Hartley Trust Funds, specializing in collective bargaining agreements. He was the managing partner and president of Wohlner Kaplon Cutler Halford & Rosenfeld since its formation in 1985. He also trained in mediation of employment disputes at Pepperdine School of Law.
