Joseph J. Tock is the Managing Partner at Law Offices of Joseph J. Tock. He was one of the youngest attorneys ever hired in the Bronx County District Attorney's Office, where he handled hundreds of criminal cases, specializing in child sex crimes and homicides, trying over 75 felony cases to verdict, including 17 homicides. He opened his own firm in Putnam County in 1992, focusing on criminal defense, personal injury, real estate, business law, and Wills, trusts & estates. He has over 40 years of experience practicing law, litigating more than 500 personal injury automobile accident cases and drafting over 1300 Wills. He is a St. John's University graduate, obtaining both his B.S. and J.D. degrees. He is actively involved in the local community and holds memberships in several professional associations.
