Joseph M. Colwell is a partner handling whistleblower/qui tam cases, personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, medical malpractice, and premises liability. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from Mercer University, graduating third in his law class and serving as Editor-in-Chief of the Mercer Law Review. He has helped recover over $183 million in settlements for clients, including a $108 million settlement in a Federal False Claims Act case.
