Joseph M. Farrell, Jr., also known as Joe, joined Farrell & Farrell in 1996. He brought with him the perspective of a plaintiff’s attorney, which proved a tremendous strength for defending the Firm’s clients in many pro-plaintiff venues in West Virginia. His practice has been focused on defending clients in civil litigation, with extensive experience as lead counsel in complex civil and criminal trials.
