Joseph T. Welsh

About Joseph

Joseph Welsh was born in Omaha, Nebraska. He attended Friends University in Wichita, Kansas, obtaining his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice. He then graduated with honors from Creighton University School of Law in 1999. He is admitted to practice law in Missouri, Kansas, U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, and U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri. He has handled thousands of cases, including jury trials, arbitration, and mediation. He is a Partner of Pheasant Heaven Charities and a supporter of FIRE (Foundation for Individual Rights in Education) and Midwest Innocence Project.
