Mr. Tromba graduated from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2018. During law school, Mr. Tromba was a Notes Editor for the Touro Law Review from 2017 - 2018. Mr. Tromba received CALI Awards for Academic Excellence in American Legal Studies, Intellectual Property, Civil Externship Seminar, and Interviewing, Negotiating, & Counseling. Mr. Tromba also received an award for Exemplary Contribution to the Growth of the Law Center. Mr. Tromba has a published article that provides an analysis of the Fair Use Doctrine in copyright law. Mr. Tromba is admitted in the state of New York, the Eastern District of New York, and the Southern District of New York. Mr. Tromba concentrates in all types of civil litigation. Since being admitted, Mr. Tromba has appeared numerous times in the Supreme Court of the State of New York where has argued several cases, in Federal Court, and has conducted depositions in many different matters.
