Josh Goeppner was hired by COKT as a law clerk in 2023 and has since been sworn in as an associate attorney. From November 2023 to March 2024, he completed a jury trial as first chair, several arbitrations, pre-trial settlement conferences, and numerous court appearances. In the first quarter of 2024, he secured nearly $300,000 in settlements and awards for clients. He is dedicated to providing justice for his clients.
