About Joshua
Josh Kahn is a partner specializing in tort law with an emphasis on catastrophic personal injuries. Before joining Schochor, Staton, Goldberg and Cardea in 2022, he practiced as a civil defense attorney for over a decade. He earned two undergraduate degrees from the University of Maryland in College Park in 2007 and graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2010, where he was a member of the Law Review. He served as a judicial clerk for appellate courts. He is co-chair of the American Bar Association’s Mass Torts Subcommittee on Multi-District Litigation and Class Procedures.
